20 West 5th Street

A 54-unit luxury building in South Boston, 20 West 5th street, was one of the first sites to be developed in the surrounding area. We included concept design and schematic design and developed the exterior with various massing elements are material choices to break down the scale of the building in relation to undeveloped sites around it.
